Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your item does not meet ALL of these conditions, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.

How to start a return

To start a return, please email us at esmuncollective@gmail.com with the subject line:
Return Request – [Your Order Number]

In your email, include:

  1. Full name used on the order
  2. Order number and proof of purchase (confirmation email or screenshot)
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Clear photos of the item showing its condition and tags

If your return is approved, we will reply with the return shipping address and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method since Esmun Collective is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Manufacturing issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  1. Email esmuncollective@gmail.com with the subject line:
    Manufacturing Issue - [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your name, order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the defect.
  3. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Please note: The following do NOT qualify as manufacturing defects: slight color or fabric variations, minor size differences due to natural fabric movement, loose threads, thread inconsistencies, small wrinkles or creases, and any wear or damage that occurs AFTER the item has been tried on or used. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is approved.

Refund approval

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the product does not meet the standards listed above, the refund will be denied, and the item will not be returned to the customer.

Esmun Collective reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its discretion.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at esmuncollective@gmail.com.
